Hello! I just made a paypal today to do digital art commissions, and the second I recieved payment for a commission, my account was limited. It asked me to provide a purchase receipt from my supplier, but the thing is- it's digital art. There is no supplier, I drew it myself. Instead I just screenshotted the interactions between me and my customer and posted that, but I don't know if that'll resolve the issue. What can I do?
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
