I got an alert last night while in bed on my phone that i had purchased something from "omnyex ecommerce DMCC" for £95.64 then promptly after another from the same company for £95.56. i quickly logged onto my paypal and changed the password and activated two step verification. I registered the payments as fraudulant only to recieve an email this morning from paypal telling me they were "not unauthorised payments". How can this be the case?
i didnt log into the website or did i buy or even attempt to buy whatever the items are.
Can someone please help, its nearly £200 and i havent been able to work for since the lockdown.
If anyone could shed some light on this i would be very thankful. Im not sure what to do next
