My paypal account has been limited

They don't give me the real reason at all, I woke up in the morning, checking email before going to work and I got Paypal Email told me that my account has been permanently limited

I only use Paypal to receive money from my work (I'm a freelancer, coder) and bought some softwares (not refund any of them). Don't know why I got limited

My dad account also get permanently limited too, same day. Well me and him use different credit card and different bank, I don't know what happen to Paypal

I read few posts and I noticed that you can't have 2 personal paypal account but they're different account, one is my dad name, and one is mine. Both are limited on 9 Dec, I did send my self the money from my dad account (with his permission ofc) maybe this is the reason?

That could be it. Suspicious account activity/transaction(s).

Then again, it should be a misunderstanding so best to call up a PayPal account specialist to explain.

Click "Help" at the top menu, then scroll down and click "Contact Us" and then select the phone option.

Hello, thank for replying. I already contacted paypal through phone and they said this ban cannot be appealed eventhough I explained everything 😞
