My account was hacked and there were 4 unauthorized payments

My account was hacked and there were 4 unauthorized payments then the hacker closed my account 

i closed my credit card , then i reopen my paypal account with same email   

but there are no any activity .. i need someone to help me they took over 1000$

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unauthorized activity through your PayPal account. You can normally report any unrecognized activity through our Resolution Center, but since you're unable to access the account where the activity occurred, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
