Hello, someone help me, someone stole my paypal password, enter in my paypal account sent $ 40 to an other paypal account and cancel it, then the person sent $ 40 to another account and it says invoice paid, with a change of address and city, different from mine
It says in the invoice, when I check the transaction in the resolution center I see that the same person tried to cancel the second transaction also it says in resolution center
