I created my account about a week ago. I am from Jamaica so I cannot link my card with my ps4. So they said I needed to link a paypal account to it. As I created the paypal account and tried to put it on my ps4. It said error. Then I saw a message stating my paypal account is limited n I should send them information. I sent them the information they asked for and they permanently limited my account for no reason. I am trying to call customer service to get in touch with an agent to deal with this issue but its 3 days now and I cannot get intouch with anyone to help me with this problem.
