My account is now limited

I received an email from PayPal, saying that they needed to verify my identity. I took a picture of my license and PayPal card. After a couple of days, I got another email from PayPal, saying that they will no longer allow me to use PayPal, because I violated their agreement. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I bought bitcoin and sold part of it, then bought more, etc. I'm not an expert on cryptocurrency, so I will watch how it's doing and decide if I should sell some or buy more. I authorized all of my transactions. Now, I'm not able to buy or sell what I currently still have. What do I do? Can I go to a different site to access my cryptocurrency? Help. PayPal hasn't released the restrictions on my account. Don't know what to do. I emailed them several times, with no answer. Can someone please help me. Thanks
