come on that is obviously a fake email address (generated any software developer would know that)
and also a fake tracking number 9361289698090519355684 that i called the USPS about and they said it was a tracking id but not going to where i live
They were confused as far as how it can say it was going to my house but not in their system. They(paypal) obviously do not do checking with the proper offices for checking if the case should be refunded.
