My account is limited and Paypal is asking for items such as "Provide proof fulfilment"

My account is limited and Paypal is asking for items such as "Provide proof fulfilment" and "Provide purchase receipt from your supplier" even though i have not sold anything with accounts linked to PayPal. Any help??

Hi @eevarney,

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the 'Resolution Center' to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review. You would then be updated via email.

If you cannot provide some of requested information, simply submit the reason in the provided section. Your account will not be sent for review until all the steps show as completed.
