Help, I am just selling old things. I sold a an old machine that I bought 40 years ago. My account was then limited. I submitted my drivers license, proof of pickup and what I was selling. But the last one they want purchase proof from supplier. I don't have that. I bought this 40 years ago! I cant seem to message paypal either. What can I do?
