@Viper78 Immediately go to UPS website and find the link to email customer service. Include the tracking number and your address and request them to email you confirmation that the tracking number is not for your address and if it is for a purchase by Luxypun or the person who is on your Paypal transaction. Most likely it is not for a purchase from Luxypun either. Mine was for an Amazon purchase by some other person. UPS will probably take 3 days or more to reply. PayPal will probably deny your claim because they'll see the UPS delivery confirmation and won't second guess the Seller info. You'll probably have to call PayPal and appeal the denied claim and find out how to send them the email from UPS. I sent it to PayPal in 3 different ways and finally entered another dispute and submitted it. They denied the second dispute but when I talked to them they were able to get the PDF of the UPS email and reopened and added it to the original claim. I haven't heard yet of they're going to refund me the money and investigate Luxypun so it may still be a long road.

Thank you..it was FedEx not UPS.  That aside, I did call my bank and they credited my account while they investigate PayPal and Luxpun.  As of now I am whole..would love to see them press charges and shut them down.

I was scammed by this company. I pretty quickly realized that something was wrong when I did not get a notification from PayPal or Luxypun that my order had been received or was being processed.   The money was taken from my account almost immediately and paid to Colleen Chambree, not the company name.

I tried to call and email the seller but did not get any reply at all.

I contacted PayPal and they pretty quickly refunded my money.   I never did hear anything from the seller and never received the order.

Beware.

@Nicoleo216 Email UPS through the UPS website. Reference the tracking number that PayPal provided you and request UPS confirm that this tracking number was not for your name and address and was not from the Seller's name or Luxypun.com. State that you know the package shows as being delivered, but that you were told it was delivered to your address by PayPal and that you need proof it went to another name and address. It may take a couple of days, but so far UPS has emailed me back with discursive confirmation that it was not delivered to me and that it was from Amazon not my PayPal Seller. Then go to the PayPal Message Center, refer to your dispute Case ID and tell them that you are attaching an email from UPS that confirms the tracking number the Seller provided PayPal was not delivered to your name and address and was not from the Seller, but from Amazon (or whoever UPS says) and delivered to a different person and address. Request an immediate refund and to block any additional charges by the Seller. My Luxypun PayPal Seller somehow changed the UPS tracking number on my transaction after PayPal issued me a refund. I went thru the process of getting UPS to confirm this second tracking number was not for me an my address and messaging PayPal the confirmation. I was concerned that somehow this would cause PayPal to believe the Seller had sent me a replacement item and charge me again. I requested that no additional charges be made to my PayPal account by this Seller for this transaction since I did not receive the item. PayPal responded that the case was closed in my favor, I got the refund, and assured me that there would be no additional charges on this transaction. I'm still watching my PayPal transactions closely because now whoever is behind this has my PayPal info and my name and address. I don't trust PayPal to do anything about this now that they've closed my case.

I've had the same problem as others and now realize that this is a scam company that PayPal continues to work with, as they have not been helpful In any way, allowing multiple people to get scammed. The process of sending a bogus package to the wrong address gets PayPal off the hook of reimbursing us for scammed amount. The company also overcharged more than what the receipt amount was. Paypal knows what this LUXYPUN is up to, yet they continue dealing with them. PayPal makes communicating very hard. When I learned that the package was shipped to another address I wanted to share that new information with PayPal but could not because PayPal will not allow additional info to be added to the case. This is very frustrating!

You can't add more info to the case, but you can go to the Message Center, attach documents and refer to your case ID with a message describing what you are attaching and how it supports your claim of fraud and refund request.  That's the only way I have gotten any response from Paypal.  The telephone representatives say that they are escalating the case and a supervisor is investigating it and will reply to me via email within 72 hours, but 5 days later there is no reply.  The message always got some sort of reply; at first an automated reply, but when I continued to message them demanding a human review my information and reply then finally someone did.

I realized too late it was a scam. I immediately requested seller cancel my order. However, next day I received a USPS tracking # showing the item delivered on June 12th, however I didnt place the order until June 20th. I've filed a dispute, let's see if PayPal does the right thing. The seller has until today, July 15 the respond, the PayPal says 5 days for them to review. Case should be resolved by July 21st! Lesson reminder to self, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is... good luck everyone!
