I've had the same problem as others and now realize that this is a scam company that PayPal continues to work with, as they have not been helpful In any way, allowing multiple people to get scammed. The process of sending a bogus package to the wrong address gets PayPal off the hook of reimbursing us for scammed amount. The company also overcharged more than what the receipt amount was. Paypal knows what this LUXYPUN is up to, yet they continue dealing with them. PayPal makes communicating very hard. When I learned that the package was shipped to another address I wanted to share that new information with PayPal but could not because PayPal will not allow additional info to be added to the case.
