Luggage sale on Facebook

Did anyone here on Facebook buy the 3-piece luggage set from https://www.ocaenole.com/. They ran a huge promotion on Facebook in the month of December but from all the feedback that I've seen on group pages, it is apparent very few people have received their order if any at all. A few have received earrings instead and show PayPal that the item was shipped and received. This is a complete scam and should be investigated thoroughly by PayPal.

I also ordered 3 pc luggage set through Ocaenole paid $59 through paypal.What I received is pair of cheap earrings and did not receive 3 pc luggage set that was actually promoted.

This is obviously a scam and they are using PayPal's good name to promote it. All I have heard so far is the company sending cheap earrings instead of the promised luggage and this is being posted all over Facebook by others who have received the same garbage instead of the promised goods.

I'm very sorry to hear that what you received was significantly not as described! If you have not already done so, please open a dispute within 180 days of the transaction, and make sure to escalate it within the allotted 20 day time frame. In addition to making sure that you are protected, doing so will help PayPal spot the trend of behavior with the seller and act as needed.

I filed twice already and PayPal kept on closing the case. I called and talked to one of your agents and found out seller gave PayPal a different tracking nbr that said delivered to my house that’s why they kept on closing the case. Agent told me to reach out to usps and ask for proof on what was delivered with that tracking nbr and so I did. Usps agent emailed and called me as well that it was for a bracelet and not for a set of suitcase. I tried to open a case again but PayPal won’t let me. And now discovered this community. I agree that PayPal should protect us customers from this scammers. These posts here should be enough for them to be on our side. And now another company like exec.usa is having the same ad in Facebook and a lot of people are ordering and using PayPal. I hope PayPal would be keen enough to investigate on this. A lot of people are being scammed!

 opened up a case but was closed by paypal just because the company provided a tracking number. Paypal should investigate the content and weight of what ordered and mailed to customer.

I did as well. I did receive a pair of earrings and wondered what and where did they come from. Shaking my head after reading this. How do I get my refund?

I submitted dispute for my refund from paypal as well, they sent them confirmation that they did mail out my order and when I sent the tracking info, it track back to a pair of cheap stick looking earrings as well.

OMG...you have just explained a huge mystery in my life!! Not too long ago I got these cheap ridiculous looking earrings from China, baffled as to why. Not knowing that those worthless people who sold the luggage sent them as part of their scam. I pray that God's vengeance befalls them!

Same thing happened to me and i knew something was up when i got those earrings since i didn't order anything else online.
