Back story - I ordered and paid on 04/25/2020...
the seller-provided PayPal a USPS tracking 92748927005099010012790652 shows SENT March 31, 2020, from Fremont CA and delivered to USPS Parcel Locker in Roseville CA on 04/13/2020
issue: The seller is in Arizona not CA - again I did not order until 04/25/2020... you're telling me he shipped me an item a month before I ever found his site and ordered ??? Huh??
Paypal found in sellers favor due to USPS tracking showing received (by someone, not me) and before I ordered)
