Finally, just now after keeping me waiting on the line several times PayPal closed the case in my favor. I tried to file it 6 times but they kept on closing it because same thing, seller gave them a different tracking number. And so I called Usps and asked them to provide me a proof of what was delivered with that said tracking number. Usps agent was kind enough to send me an email of the details of what was sent and so I forwarded that email to PayPal. Even with this community conversation should give them a red flag with that said supplier. Just not sure with a new seller named Exec.USA in Facebook selling the same item with almost the same promotion. A lot of people are ordering. Don’t want to take a chance again. Good luck everyone! I filed twice already and PayPal kept on closing the case. I called and talked to one of your agents and found out seller gave PayPal a different tracking nbr that said delivered to my house that’s why they kept on closing the case. Agent told me to reach out to usps and ask for proof on what was delivered with that tracking nbr and so I did. Usps agent emailed and called me as well that it was for a bracelet and not for a set of suitcase. I tried to open a case again but PayPal won’t let me. And now discovered this community. I agree that PayPal should protect us customers from this scammers. These posts here should be enough for them to be on our side. And now another company like exec.usa is having the same ad in Facebook and a lot of people are ordering and using PayPal. I hope PayPal would be keen enough to investigate on this.
