Locked out account due to security reasons and cant contact customer service to resolve.

I was locked out of my paypal account after they asked me to verify my identity because I was only 17 instead of 18 at the time. now that im 18, I would like to reopen my account but I cant contact customer service or do anything to even get any support whatsoever. I have sent multiple emails with no response, the phone doesn't even give me an option to talk to live agent, and the "virtual ai" does not let me connect with any live agents either. Does anyone know any way to help solve this issue?

You would never be able to use an illegally opened underage account.

BUT paypal may allow you to open another paypal account now you are over 18 but you have to check with them first.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
