Link a Bank Account

I am trying to link a bank account with limitations on but it keeps saying error anyone know a fix?

Me either... I contacted support via facebook, but for 3 weeks, they always told me to wait 48 hours, delete my cache etc... and the issue is still not resolved... Such amateurs are working on the support department unfortunately. It seems like their internal system has a issue and no one can add a paypal bank account to a paypal account...

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding a bank. When a limitation is placed on the account it isn't possible to link your bank account due to which you've received an error. In this case, you will first have to resolve the limitation and then add a bank account. Here's how to remove a limitation.
