I regret I didn't come to this community before entering into a transaction on 17 April, 2020 with Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com. But I trusted PAYPAL, and allowed my debit card for the amount of $19.98 or £16.61 that was debited. Since then, no correspondence and no contact with the suppliers. I tried searching for their telephone or email address to no avail. From the PayPal community board I could see that Lingc.Youp Ludozo.com are professional scammers. Could you please assist in retrieving my hard-earned funds?

Had exactly the same email.
I replied saying that
1) there was obviously a huge variation in expectations and that here in the UK we're used to getting the item we have ordered,
2) I would be embarrassed gifting this piece of tat, (Some folding foam labelled Picnic mat" about A4 sized.)
3) I wasn't about to be bullied / frightened about postage costs. I checked RM website and it was so lightweight / small it would go as a large letter costing about £3 and
4) I wasn't accepting a partial refund.  Incidentally the partial refund offered was 20%, but each mail increased it gradually, right up to 90%. However this would have been on item only, not inflated postage.
I held out and Paypal refunded me 100% of everything.  (I quite missed my daily replies to Ludozo's ludicrous emails!)
Paypal really shouldn't be enabling them.

I’m up to the 30% refund. The store site they used indicate they fall under UK laws governing consumer protection so I have thrown that back to them. Additionally, the returns policy stipulates that a customer would only pay shipping charges once - including returns. Not that they care, they are just assuming that people will roll over for the 20 bucks.

I just kept refusing partial refunds so I have now had all the money put back into my account.

I had the same experience. Ordered three sleeping pillows after reading all the great reviews and it also saying that they are shipped from U.S.  NOT! I received 3 doll pillows about 8 weeks later that fit in a flat envelope. I contacted the seller and sent all documentation with photos and a started a dispute with PayPal. The seller offered 30% because shipping is expensive.  I refused and then they offered me $5. (I spent $45.96). I refused again. Now they are offering 50% without returning product. PayPal says they are offering full refund with return of product. I really don’t know what to do. After doing a little research on shipping, I won’t spend $50 to ship back to China!  Beware everyone. Don’t buy from this company.

I too, very stupidly, ordered from here without checking it out first. This is not something I normally do. Did you order the ride on unicorn?

I ordered the unicorn on May 15th.  This week received a plastic blow up something that would be too small for a toddler to play with in the pool.  Had already file a claim for not receiving my order but today changed to to item received not what I ordered.  Will play the waiting game again.  I want to send Paypal a picture of the unicorn they were selling but can't find it now as opposed to what they sent.

UPDATE:  Paypal denied my claim.  Paypal wanted me to show a tracking number where I had sent the item received back to China.  The address provided to me through Paypal was in Chinese.  My post office laughed at me because "they can't read Chinese".  I sent this information from the post office to Paypal who denied my claim.  Where is the protection they promise.  Again, here is the item I ordered and the second it the item I received.  I am going to have to find some other means of payment because Paypal does not honor their promises of protection.  Also, postage was going to cost more than what I had paid for the item.  OrderedOrderedReceivedReceived

I ordered the ride on unicorn too!   What i got was a little unicorn balloon.    Now Paypal says in order for me to get back my money...i have to spend $67.00 for a "tracked package" postage, of which Paypal will only pay up to $30. in refunded postage.   And...the address to send the package back is written in chinese symbols!
