I was just checking to see. We are a company who has been in business for a long time. We have used paypal for yes. We sale sports cards. When sports cards are available for sale , ebay allows you to pre-sell them 30 days out. Now paypal is limited accounts that presell . You can't operate your business when you use paypal for everything. People can pay you. But you cant withdraw , make payments like ebay fees or send invoices. This is destroying our business. Is anyone else seeing things like this.
