PayPal has limited my account for more than 2 months now. An account I've been using for YEARS. I've sent a million documents, I've called a million times and every week I keep getting the same email: "we need to confirm your identity". Any suggestions? I'm desperate.

hello!
I have the same problem, my account is limited and i want to sumbit some files again. Do you happen to know where can i resend the files? Because there's not an option at the resolution centre. Do i send them at the message centre? I've been trying to call customer service but no one is picking up!!!
