Limited account

I just opened a paypal account and without even adding a card, my account got limited. How am i supposed to confirm a bank when the bank isn't even linked?

How is it limited? Asking for documents to verify your identity? Maybe your info was cross-referenced to a limited account. Contact customer service for assistance.

Click Provide Information and see what it says. No one here has access to your account. The forums consists of other PayPal users, no customer service agents. You can try clearing browser cache and browser cookies and restart device and see if that works but for further assistance, you'll need to contact customer service.
