OK so I got my account limited/blocked. Went through the whole process. Uploaded a photo of my ID card.
Problem is that they want me to upload a file with my address and one of the options for that is a BANK STATEMENT.
I went to one of the offices of First Investment bank which I use and have cards from it linked in my Ppal acc. Got a statement where you can clearly see my name, address and so forth. Scanned it. Uploaded it. 12 hours later i get an email that says that it's not applicable.
I suppose they have trouble figuring out my name and address because they are written in cyrillic instead of latin. It sounds weird I suppose but the bank (FI) does NOT have an option where a customer can require a statement from them and have it entirely in english.
I need help guys.
How do I verify my acc?
What document do I need exactly?
How do i get it?
