PayPal has held my money for over 260 days , basically PayPal has stolen my money and will not give it back. I have messaged the message center 10 times in the last 3 months and I get nothing but the runaround can anybody help me does anybody know anybody got their money back yet that has been held from PayPal? Next thing I'm doing is getting a lawyer
