Limitations have been put on my account and there’s nothing I can do about them

So recently I was sent an email from PayPal stating that I had received a certain currency in my total payments, meaning that I’m no longer able to send or withdraw money from my PayPal account, until I provide them with some “required” information. So I decided obviously i would have to do this, as I rely on my PayPal account a lot with how I make money. Everything was fine until the last step where I was asked to provide either a driving license, passport, or official government ID - none of which I have. Until I provide this as far as I know, the limitations will not be lifted, which is a massive problem for me. If someone has gone through the same problem and knows what to do, please help!! Thank you

Can you not get a citizen card or similar?

OR

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

  • Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
  • Employment authorization card
  • Permanent resident card

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Sadly, I don’t own any of these. Is there anything else I could send, or is there any way the limitations could be lifted, without providing these documents? I have already provided multiple other pieces of information
