I recently sold my mobile back to my service provider resulting in a temporary limitation on my account. However when trying to settle this dispute they completely closed my account. With the only explanation given that my photo id was "to dark". Later resubmitting my id I recive a email stating my dispute is closed Has anyone else had an issue like this? Have they made a mistake? Is there any point trying to dispute the further?
