Limit wthdraw

Hi, I got some money last week but it turns out I can't get it.All cards are verified, but I cannot withdraw the money.I wrote the support but I have no answer yet and my time is running out and my money is needed.Can anyone suggest a solution?Or maybe I should go to another institution because at the moment the paypal is unreasonably holding my money.

They are doing exactly the same with me - customer service is useless and they don’t respond emails or calls. I will go to the financial ombudsman Uk as I cannot withdraw funds from my PayPal account.

Do you think we can complain somewhere?I just keep my money for no reason.
