Hello all, my wife recently received 2 payments of £200 pounds to her PayPal. Now they have locked her account and asking for authentication. After my wife spent 2 hours on the phone to PayPal she was told a birth certificate and bank statement were adequate. She sent those to PayPal and has been told they can't be used. So we have £400 that we cannot access. Any help appreciated.
