I stupidly purchased something this morning, no confirmation number, and contact info is bogus. I reached out to PayPal i have to wait to dispute, then make a claim. This sucks. Amex told me to sit tight and the same. Dispute then claim. Did anybody report this site? I hope I can get my money back
I currently have an open claim with PayPal and Amex to resolve it. I hope it gets taken care of and I get a refund. The so-called merchant sent tracking info to PayPal and I've been tracking it to China and its just in limbo right now. Its most likely fake tracking, im assuming PayPal is waiting to see what happens with it. This is a headache. Amybody else get theirs resolved???
I have a claim open as well. I have told them multiple times that the site is fraudulent but still waiting to see if they will give me my money back. Site is no longer on the internet but noticed at least two other sites that have the same contact information as gamedayspa does so I guess they just keep making new sites when they get caught. I too received a tracking number but have not received any item as of yet. At this point I do not even want the product if I get it as I have ordered from a legimate site and already received the good one. I am going to try to see if maybe my they can reverse out the payment. This has been going on since November 19th. Just FYI
I did finally get mine resolved. I bought a Nintendo Switch for 199.00 but what I received from China was foam phone case worth about .25. I took pictures of the package and the product I received and sent to PayPal. Then they came back with the seller said I could get a full refund if I sent the merchandise back. I am sure that the seller figured that no one would spend the money to send it back therefore they would not have to issue a refund. PayPal gave me the address to send back and it was in Chinese. When I explained that I do not read Chinese and that it was going to cost me more to send back a cheap **bleep** phone case then it was even worth they finally decided to refund my money. Also on the outside of the packaging for the phone case it made it look like that is what the order was. These guys are pretty tricky. I have also seen a couple of other websites out there that have the same contact information selling the Switch for 99.00 https://ninswitchs.com/ and https://playworket.com/ although the second one has different contact information I don't see how they could be selling them for that cheap unless they are possibly scamming as well. I guess the moral here is buyer beware.
