Lack of communication. Account limited

Hi

I am battling with PayPal since February 2019. That's when my account was limited by PayPal.

I emailed all the documentation they requested. All the boxes ticked green. I tried all the things that people suggested I should do but nothing. I have sent numerous emails but unanswered. I Can't get hold of a human on the phone.

Why don't they reply? My money is just sitting there for over a year! What now? PayPal customer service is non existent. 

So many people are experiencing the same problem. This is theft, I don't know how else to explain this.

Has anyone out there have a solution? Please!!!
