I have been trying to get the limitations on my account lifted for the last 10 days, all relevant documentation was sent, still no joy.
This has caused much frustration and anger to the extent that will stop using Pay Pal in the future. has anyone else had this problem?,
I have been with PayPal for over 10 years first time I have any trouble..
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
