I no longer have access to PayPal services due to some sort of risky activity on my account? I've only ever done 2 transactions on my account one to sell something and the other to send a friend money. So I dont understand why I've been kicked out of paypal for this? Can anyone help me figure out what I've done wrong?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
