Ive returned and Item but not received a refund and now my case is closed what do I do?

Hi,

 

Wondering if someone can help? I have had a refund accepted so I sent back an Item 1st class but didn't have it recorded. The case was now closed and I have not received a refund and also no longer have the Item. What can I do as I can't get hold of Paypal and am now left out of pocket. Does anyone have an email address for Paypal or advise on the best way to proceed?
