Are you able to open a claim for an item that shows delivered? I had a package sent last week and the tracking is showing delivered but when I checked my mail box there was nothing. I live in a condo so the box is locked. I have contacted USPS and havent heard anything back. Is there any way to recover my loss or am I SOL?
