Hi, I recently open a claim for an item that I received that was not as described. PayPal have sided with the seller saying I could have damaged the item (which I haven’t or would never do) I’m now out of pocket with an item I can’t wear is their anything else I can do? as I think this is completely unfair and would appreciate any help or advice you can offer.

Unfortunately disputes are often down to a judgement call as payal never see the actual item, sometimes you lose out and sometimes the seller.

Thats the risk of online sales unfortunately.

However just because paypal didn't find in your favour it doesn't stop you from doing a chargeback if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card OR the small claims court if you have enough proof?
