avg tuneup and Digital River Ireland, Ltd scam

Hi

I have just had $144 deducted from my paypal account to Digital River Ireland, Ltd for AVG, I don't use them and did not authorise the transaction,  I tried to reply to their email and it bounces back to me, what do I do, I have been onto the paypal contact line for 20 minutes and no answer
