Hi, I recently open a claim for an item that I received that was not as described. Hi, I hope someone can give me some support/confidence. I sold an iPhone on eBay this week which was collected from my home address then later that evening the buyer is claiming their PayPal and eBay accounts where hacked into. I’ve reported this to the police via action Fraud and provided all this information to PayPal but my PayPal balance is still negative what are my chances of getting my PayPal balance restored to 0 as I’ve been a victim of fraud. ...
