So avoid this company, and I will be switching over to Zelle or Venmo for payments moving forward.
I ordered a Halloween projector in September and was told shipping was in 2 weeks. Halloween came and went, and no product. I filed a dispute with PP, and contacted the vendor. They provided a bogus tracking number/processor. When I escalated to PP, the bogus tracker showed that the item was delivered and signed for by "SW." I have NOT received this item. Avoid the company Meteor!! And don't think for a minute that PP will protect you. I will be filing a dispute with my CC company and see if Visa protects. I will also switch my business to Zelle or Venmo moving forward. I am not a big customer, but I have been a PP customer for a decade plus. NO MORE!!

When something like this happens, go to the PO to get the GPS coordinates and an Intranet Report to see if delivery was made at your premises. If not, you can appeal the outcome with the information received from the Post Office. You can file a police report as well to make it official. PDF everything for upload to the appeal case.
Click Help at the top menu and then click "Message Center" to contact PayPal. Otherwise, dispute via your card issuer.

Same, have charge on credit card "Paypal "Meteor Ltd Co" Nov 14. Doesn't show on Paypal nor do I know what it is.

Same. Charge of $53.98 from Meteor Co.Ltd on my card, email from PP about my purchase, but it's not in my PP account and I did not order anything. Company reply to my multiple refund requests over 2 week period continues to restate "Please wait shipping company updates the status. Please feel freee to contact us anytime. Have a nice day." PP hasn't responded yet. I guess I will be disputing on my cc after reading the same issues from all of you. Thank you.
