The customer Visa card entry gets the following statement from Paypal "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter another card" The customer states that he uses this card for online payments and it works, except this one. The Paypal help desk says its a credit card problem but since this is unique to paying through Paypal, I believe the issue may be the paypal system.
