Brought a game account then they took the account back

Hello, i brought a game account and now the seller has changed email and password,( i changed both email and password when i got the account, and ive been using the account for a couple days). Are there any chance that i can get it back or get a refund? I have emailed the seller but none answers. I looked up on google on the seller after the email was changed and i see MANY scam reports..

Locate the transaction in your account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file a dispute.

 

Read the buyer protection policy: 13. PayPal Buyer Protection

 

Obviously this is not the first time around the block with this seller and seems to know how to work the dispute system if they have a history of scams. Be careful of which type of case to file.  Keep in mind that this buyer protection is not 100% guarantee and may have its limitations and if PayPal closed the case on you, re-open it in the resolution center or call customer service to re-open it. Pdf everything and then upload it. Good luck.

@sharpiemarker I got this as response from paypal.. «Hello Robin, We received the claim(s) you filed on 5 January 2019. We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s). Learn More about PayPal Purchase Protection Find out how your purchases are protected and how we investigate claims by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page. Then, simply click User Agreement for PayPal Service and PayPal Buyer Protection. «

Ohhhhhhh, that's the wrong case to file. You knowingly sent payment so it is not unauthorized. I was thinking perhaps, Item Not Received case because access to the digital content was revoked. If you file a Not As Described case, then you may have to return it but you can't return digital goods. Maybe see if you can change the reason to Item Not Received. Never file Unauthorized transaction unless it is really an unauthorized transaction as in someone hacked your PayPal account. 

 

It's like any other court case. You have to file the charges that you can prove and fits the context. Contact PayPal to see if you can change the reason of dispute to Item Not Received or ask the agent what is the appropriate case to file when you were sent digital content but was suddenly revoked/denied access to it.
