Issue with claim

Please can someone help me?

 

I purchased a bed and it arrived damaged and faulty.

The seller tried to charge me £60 to collect it for a refund.

I took it through paypal as a dispute and the company agreed to collect for no extra charge

Since then no communication or collection.

I escalated it to paypal as a claim and the company have offered a full refund if I return the bed via my own courier and provided me a shipping address!

There is no option on the claim other than to accept and return or close the case.

Paypal haven't replied to messages and are not contactable by phone currently.

Please help?
