Is anyone missing a piece of **bleep** Kobe Bryant puzzle from China cause I think I have it. Actually, I ordered a 1,000 piece National Park puzzle that was advertised on Facebook and supposed to be from Buffalo Games and made in America. Took about 3 weeks to get a battered up, very thin box from China that just says "jigsaw puzzle" on it with a small picture of Kobe in different basketball jerseys. The pieces are super thin like the free puzzles kids get in things like Happy Meals. I would pay $2 for it. Probably would cost $50 to send it back to China if one could even reach the company, which from other posts is not going to happen. I checked out Buffalo Games before I ordered this puzzle and they are legit so this company is not only scamming all of us but the legit American companies as well. Probably target smaller companies that have been closed down due to co-vid.

My question - is PayPal even monitoring this  community forum because they should have shut this down months ago to protect their customers. I'm out almost $40 so multiply by all the others that gotten scammed. I hold PayPal responsible because they allowed this to continue to happen.

***Update***

I first reported my issue to Paypal on Sept 10 (issue was wrong puzzles sent, quality was Dollar Store, yet I spent over $50).  Today I got notice of a full refund.  This company is a scam.  Although you do not know you are dealing with them until your order is on its way.  They used legit business names and product names but send you junk.  Then they change names/products.  They also claim to send from US But this crap comes from China.
Paypal was responsive and helpful.  Another option is to use a Visa or other card that stands behind purchases and will refund as well.

Did you have to send the puzzles back are your expense to receive a refund?  That's what I'm being told to do.

Thanks

Yes that's what PayPal originally told me.  Ridiculous.  This is a fraudulent company and PayPal is allowing them to continue to rip off it's users.  The return address from my shipment was in Valparaiso, IN - but they told me I needed to ship them to China.  So I told PayPal to get me a legitimate address in China, because I was curious to see what they came back with.  I don't think they've had any luck though -  Duh, because the company DOESN'T EXIST!  I would just continue to raise a stink about this everywhere you can - seems that's the only way you're going to have a chance of getting PayPal's attention.

I ended up calling my credit card company, telling them the story and they put a temporary refund on my credit card while they investigated.  I have confidence they're going to see how scammy this WHOLE situation is, with PayPal and with this Shenzhen Lijuan Trading garbage.  The customer service has been a pleasure at Chase, a stark contrast over what I've had to deal with here at PayPal.

Good luck!

This is what they sent me with the address:

To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate the return shipment and upload the tracking information in the Resolution Center before October 6, 2020. We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later.

The item has to be sent to the following shipping address:

Shenzhen Lijuan Trading Co., Ltd
<removed>

The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it and you're responsible for any costs associated with the return. If you're shipping internationally, mark "Returned Cargo" on the outside of the package to avoid tax charges.

I think it's stupid to spend money to ship something to China that I didn't order so I can get my money back on an item that I didn't get!  Seriously!  And item must be in same condition?  You mean crushed?  Glad I took a picture of it.

They wanted me to but I just filed a claim with my credit card co and put it in dispute. They are telling you that they are not responsible if it gets lost in shipping and other BS. In the end they are a scam company

I did not.  I first tried the companies “customer service” - I just replied to one of their emails, and after no response, filed a dispute with Paypal via the web.  I did get an email from the company a week later saying since I filed a claim they would contact me with a “reasonable resolution”...  next I knew, I had a full refund.  I have never used chat with Paypal.  I used the online dispute channel.  Perhaps the overworked ppl answering chat are just worn out...?  😉

good luck to you.
