That is what they told me but never provided a return address for the absolute junk I did receive. Of three orders (stupid me) all placed at the same time I have not received one at all, and total crap for the other two. Waiting for resolution. Not holding my breath but I do think Pay pal is trying. In communication directly with the seller I was offered $8 or $14 on $60 order which I refused and said I want to return. No return address provided to me yet.
Yes - PayPal said the only way to get a full refund is to ship the garbage products that I did not order, back to China on my own dime. My issue is dead in the water with PayPal, so I'll never use this horrendous service again. 100% the worst customer service I've ever ever experienced in my life. This garbage Chinese company that PayPal is supporting, needs to be shut down.
You should just dispute the charge with your credit/debit card issuer. That's what I did, and got a full refund, without having to return the erroneous product. PayPal sucks.
I'm glad you got this resolved , I too am being offered a full refund but only after I return the goods (to China) at my own cost! See being this back to a scam company doesn't seem like the greatest way to guarantee my refund.
Me Too! Bought 2 Broadway puzzles, they sent me two junk puzzles of random geometric shapes (both puzzles are the same). Two crushed boxes of junk for $65. I issued a complaint and now I'm being told I need to send this trash back to CHINA at MY EXPENSE to get a refund. Would I be dumb enough to spend MORE money and expect scammers to refund me? That is ridiculous. This company has NEVER offered to send me the correct puzzles - - do they even exist? Now I find this board and see that Paypal has had NUMEROUS complaints for months. Disgusts me even more to know they knew about this scam and continued supporting it.
I purchased some baking pans from an Instagram Advertisement and received ice trays. I contact JEEAL.COM to alert them of the error and was told they would only give me back $3 buck. I don’t want the ice trays. I said I would send them back and plz send me what I ordered and they refused. Only replying with the $3 offer. I had to open a PayPal dispute and I’m still fighting with them. BEWARE.
My issue has been in the resolution center for 2 months. I finally got my items BUT they were damaged and the wrong items. I want my $$$ back even though I am NOT spending so much more shipping back to a SCAM company!!
I've been fighting with Paypal for weeks. They insist that I send the garbage I received back to China to get a refund AT MY EXPENSE! These people sent me garbage - nothing close to what I ordered and it's MY responsibility to return their mistake. Once again, I am supposed to spend money to return something I didn't order to get a refund on the item I didn't get. Oh wait, it gets better. Paypal actually had the audacity to tell me that I'M being UNFAIR to the SCAM SELLER! Who are they protecting? Me or the scammers??? Finally, they advised me to file a claim with my credit card company (translation = I'm getting nowhere with them). So what's the point of using Paypal I ask? Their response - "for convenience". I replied "Convenience? You think this is convenient?" Stop using Paypal. They are a joke.
