I am suffer with PayPal I am waiting now for 300 days to withdraw my funds and still I can't I sent messages for them I get auto reply and I can't do nothing they holding my money for 300+ days and the auto reply says 180 days at least if I got limited give me a reason if don't give me a reason give let me withdraw my money after the 180 days .
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

I did it before that I can contact them only by message, I contact them on twitter they answered me but they said to me they send it the team and still nothing.
