Few years ago , Paypal blocked my account without any explanation of why. Since then I haven't been able to send nor receive payments via the service. Is there a way to have my account reinstated so I can use it again. I've never done anything illegal via Paypal. Just receive and send funds like anyone else so you could understand my confusion for the action took
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
