Infoscore

Dear all,

Could somebody please help me with the following. I'm from the Netherlands. I have received a letter from a Dutch debt company named "Infoscore" saying that Paypal Europe S.A.R.L et Cie, SCA has asked them to claim a certain amount for them. This is for a PayPal account which I haven't used for many years. I can't even enter it anymore, since the phone number is incorrect. On my current PayPal account I have no claims whatsoever. 

Does anybody know if PayPal indeed uses "Infoscore" to redeem money from their customers?
