It seems my other account got blocked by too many login attempts. Apparently I now need to contact support to unblock the account, but when I try calling Paypal I only get automated options that don't work and keep running in circles. How can I get in touch with an actual person?
I'm trying to access the account because I got an email from "infoscore.be" that I have an outstanding payment on this account. I also got a text message that links to https://ibanaccept.com in order to pay. But I have no way to verify if this is legitimate without accessing the account. Smells like phishing to me.
