Incorrect transaction amount

Last day I made a transaction. Accidentally I forgot to put the amount in the input box. So my full amount sent to my bank. I'm unable to open a dispute for the incorrect transaction it's showing an error. I already sent a message to the message center. It's almost 20 hours but still, there is no reply yet. 

when I use the resolution center it's showing me the below error....

When it completes to your bank account then you can add funds back to your balance again if you want to.
