Identity Confirmation

Hi There,

I have a notification that reads "to comply with regulatory requirements we need to confirm your identity as account holder". There seems to be no link on the site to do this. I have entered my social security nr and passport details and my cards and emails have been verified for a long time.

Hey @Stan_Mengel,

 

Typically, there will be a limitation on your PayPal account to resolve this issue. If this is the case, you can click the bell icon at the top right and go to the Resolution Center, where you can add and verify any information we've requested. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!
