When I received payment from Hackerone Inc. I got this mail : Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 5 August 2021, or the funds will be returned to the sender. When, I have given them more information and when I contacted to their Mesage Center Support.. Their reply was like : Greetings of the day! I hope you're doing good. I understand your concern regarding receiving a payment. On reviewing your PayPal account, we could see that the payment was initiated to your account on Jul 6, 2021 at05:06:13 AM and you completed your account verification on Jul 6, 2021 at 02:10:22 PM. Please note, as per the guidelines, the payment sent to you before account verification will be reversed back to the sender's account automatically by the system. Therefore, I would request you to ask the sender to send the payment once again so that you can receive it this time. Please, let me know.... If anyone else has faced this issue.
