Hello all,

 

I am struggling with paypal at all levels, they don't listen at all,

as freelancer I started an account and I thought this what they meant when I choose business but here come trouble,

 

Directly after making the account i contacted customer care to revert and downgrade, i was promised action to fix it but none,

 

now my account is limited for business document for more than 2 month and ofcourse they holding my hard earnd little funds there,

they keep asking those documents and I keep telling them above!,

 

I even started processing stripe atlas and got company formed in US, guess what, they don't like that (all at the paypal dashboard)

 

I tried to call trillion time at US number wasting loads of money and no one answer (average wait is more than 1 hours), they dont even call back when promoted

please someone help me with this, I just want my money back and will get out of paypal for good, will use stripe from now on!

 There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
